Centralized Payroll administration.
Time Office administration.
Statutory Compliances of Head Office.
Updation of master data of employee in HRIS.
Separation - Full and Final settlement of leaving employees including Clearance and issuance of Relieving Letter.
Administration of staff compensation, benefits and welfare.
Group Mediclaim insurance and Personal Accident policy compliance.
Retainers payment.
Processing and keeping track of Loan / advance applications.
Interim On-site HR support to Group Units including Time Office and Attendance.
Preparation of statutory bonus details for payment.
HR Audits - Conduct periodical HR Audits of Group Units and present report to the Management.
HRIS automation program implementation.
SAVIOR integration.
Payroll reports.
Maintain Personnel Files of Corporate resources.
Employees grievance handling.
Processing of reimbursements
Processing of Sodexo Meal card payment
Preparation of data for Diwali Gift Card of PAN India
Preparation of Holiday Calendar & mapping in HRIS
Preparation of MIS.
Payroll and Benefits including Insurance
Compliance reports PAN India
HRIS management
Savior management
Leave / Attendance management.
