Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • This is a role who can present to senior management the overall sales picture of India Operations
  • Ensuring all orders are updated at plants
  • Ensuring all Contract Reviews are done by plants
  • Ensuring communication is sent by plant Sales teams to customers on orders received
  • Looking at the order book scenario including order booking for next few months, backlogs, expected backlogs, plan to meet customer demand
  • Monitor sales orders and ensure deliveries as per customer demand
  • Product Deliveries (includes all inter-linked planning from sales to dispatch)
  • Maintaining & managing customer base with monitoring market trends and by Quality, Cost and Deliveries along with wavelength
  • Monitor and review account receivables
  • Coordination with units and PPC
  • Ensure strategic compliance like NDA, LTA, Warranty, product liability and general terms & conditions
  • Ensure inventory management as per norms
  • Ensure receivables management as per norms
  • Manage lead time
