Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Zinc plating quality & its procedures
• Responsible for all aspects of the plating chemical quality control” operations
• Responsible for day to day chemical testing of lab, 5S, OEE and PQCDSM.
• To develop Plating Process qualification & control & validation system of plating process. Failure Analysis/ Study of warranty failures & FMEA
• Responsible for Preparing PM Schedule of the Plating shop and PM of Machines for the Maintenance

Effective planning of material to meet daily production targets (planning of material for CED and top coat).
