Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to Ensure Minimum Downtime and Maximum availability of ICT Infrastructure Group level IT Infrastructure operations management and support
• Excellent knowledge about various aspects of IT and IT infrastructure not limited to server and network management, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, RF Connectivity, Data Centre operations
• Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance
• Ensuring security of the existing IT infrastructure through regular IT security reviews, cyber security standards, practices, and compliances in place.
• Providing troubleshooting solutions in times of IT disasters in the company
• Vendor management and regular service reviews for SLA achievement, Service quality assurance and control
• Leading a Team of server and network administrators, Team Management, performance monitoring, KRA\KPI setting, yearly PMS reviews
• Strategic planning and executing IT infrastructure projects keeping future requirements in mind and identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvements
• Ensure regular data backups of data center and unit level data workload
• Planning disaster recovery drills and strategies
• Complete understanding of CapEx and OpEx Budgeting process
• IT expense management, monitoring and regular reviews
• Ensure regular update of IT documentation
